US Presidential Election Predictions

A little bit  He is a colossal piece of shit, but he’s a centre back that for over a decade now clinches crucial games. How many defenders in footballing history can claim that?

Yes I have, marvelous book. The man with the most epic reply about what would have become of him had he not played football.

Back on topic - 'Muricans don’t understand that Biden won not despite his age but because of it, as he reminded people of times gone by, before identity politics and Trump.

Biden’s victory is proof that pivoting to center works, even with a flawed, geriatric candidate, as results in Blue Wall states have demonstrated.

That’s why AOC and fellow members of the church of woke are so pissed.

And now this, from Fox:

President Trump is planning to bring back his large-scale rallies that were a hallmark of his presidential run, but these will be focused on his “ongoing litigation” as he challenges the results of last week’s election.

Yes, yes, let’s whip people up just a little bit more…

Yeah, unfortunately this is going to incite people to violence. It shouldn’t but there are people who are easily mislead, and lead to do some dangerous things. It’s just the latest example of how the current President’s only concern is for himself.

We’ve already got guys like this out there: Arkansas police chief resigns after allegedly calling for violence against Dems | Fox News

Exactly. I can only see it as rabble-rousing, and I’ve been so happy that there hasn’t been a lot of violence and rage in the streets. Go to court - go ahead! Exhaust your legal options - have at it! But rallying and campaigning against the rule of law?? How is that not crying “fire” in a crowded movie theater?

He’s still doing the “dead people vote” schtick lmao. That’s like so retro nowadays

Why in the holiest of fucks do these people post such stupid shit using their real names? It’s just absurd.

Agree. I’ve got no problem with Trump calling for recounts and investigating whatever he wants. Let’s get it all on the table and shed a bright light onto everything. But first he has to put forward some real proof and not just rumors. Remember that he was calling into question the election back in 16’ when he though he was going to lose. Then when he won everything was OK.

I doubt in a country of our size that an election goes by without some mistakes being made and some low level bullshit. I don’t think that anything that went on will rise to the level that it affected the election, and it’s just as likely that if it occurred, it benefited Trump and not Biden. But if there was real cheating going on and Trump should have won, then let’s find out and correct it.

Yeah it’s mind boggling. What I did learn from that article is that there’s an alternate Twitterverse called Parlor that’s an even bigger cesspool for the Qanon folks and others on the fringe. I guess we can stop calling Twitter a monopoly now.

Do you guys think any of Trump’s children will eventually run and attempt a new political dynasty? I think Ivanka could give it a shot. She’ll have Donald’s wealth and political connections, will (hopefully) say less stupid shit and be more popular with women. All of Trump’s popular policies and rhetoric can stay in place, but delivered by a more likable person with less verbal diarrhea.

Yes, I posted above that his sons’ could attempt a run, but Ivanka is just as likely to run. I could see it happening.

And here’s another genius: Alabama officer resigns over comment about Biden voters

Oh wow it’ll be like The Purge movie series lol. The New Founding Fathers.

Did he?
He enlarged the tent, in a demographic sense that 35 years of Rinos didn’t.

Take CA outsized onesidedness out of the equation for a moment (4 GOP out of 55 national seats) and you see a much more competitive party than a gaslighting media projects.

I will put it out here again - where are the 1/3 of eligible adults refusing to even vote?

Trump may not have been deep into policy, but you can’t deny he was the figurehead and “soul” of the Republican party for the past four years. You were either on board with Trump, or you left the party.

This is the exact argument folks made against Trump in 2015/2016. He was on the debate stage with other serious candidates (including Little Marco) and the party establishment clearly did not want him having the nomination. Yet this was not enough to deny him the ticket.

And yet Adelson still gave Trump $75 million in October.

True, but the question isn’t whether Trump can win a general election, it’s whether his base is enough to deliver him the Republican nomination again.

I think you guys are being too dismissive of Trump, which is the same mistake we all made in 2015/2016. Party elites can put their finger on the scale for a candidate, but it’s ultimately the Republican voters who will pick the nominee.

Meanwhile, the rallies continue. There will always be a pretext for the rallies until 2023 when he can call them what they are - campaign rallies.

Seems like a fair and honest question, to me. Trump only specified twice that he wasn’t talking about them. Everyone knows you have to say “Beetlejuice” THREE times.

US govt considers Hispanic/Latino a cultural distinction with overwhelming majority white race. Source Census
On the street, people differentiate white from ‘mexican’ in describing. Think l read that Mexicans (maybe western hemisphere hispanics) have the greatest racial diversity in the world.

Trump cucked.
He mostly refused to deal with the problem of White disenfranchisement and only explicitly said “White” twice when election time loomed. And everybody knows White nationalists are not a problem (save in the twisted minds of powerful terror lobbies like the ADL). City torching Antifa is.

No shop owner ever was afraid of the Proud Boys (who btw aren’t even White nationalists but whatever) destroying his inventory. Now if he knows the internationally organised terror group Antifa comes into town, you can bet he’ll prep and reread the fine print of his insurance.

Five years ago Trump waltzed in hard, giving Whites hope. He didn’t deliver and so White men stayed home while all others, including US-Mexicans, warmed up to him.
If you’re into big tent imperialism, Trump is probably a tragic character for you.
