Not now. Where I used to live. No one fucks with me nowadays other than my wife and her strategically planned guilt trips lol. Even the cops here are wusses.

I think if Biden holds Az, NV, and PA and flips Georgia all I missed is North Carolina. Looks likely that Georgia doesn’t flip (it was my dark horse), and AZ/NV may be close.
So my maps either gonna look really good or not as good. I don’t know if enough is missing in NC to give that a chance to flip and be perfect? So hard to figure some of these tight ones out in terms of what’s left.
Only scenario I thought was absolutely impossible was Trump landslide. But hindsight 20/20 Biden landslide was overplayed. I thought Florida would be coin flip and it was a (for Florida) easy win. If Biden wins everything left it’s a pretty big margin depending on how we define landslide, but certainly isn’t taking some states that he might have in a true dominant performance. Biggest story is the flips where Clinton lost the close ones (WI, MI, PA) if those go Biden. Other story is more ticket splitting than we might have expected. Definitely spots where both candidates outperformed down ballot and vice verse.
Will be interesting to see what final numbers are but who knows how long that will be.
I get it. I wasn’t dissing Trump supporters(except for the evangelists of the loony variety) when I said China persons(lol) would support him, for the record. I was just saying how wrong of an impression people on the right there seem to have of them and a lot of his tactics are similar to how the CCP encourages nationalist sentiments to garner support. He just targets different things to act as existential threats.
No one is marching around trying to force people to use certain pronouns and stuff like abortion is accepted because Chinese traditionally believe the soul only enters the body when the kid is born because of reincarnation and all that shit. It has nothing to do with “a woman’s right to her own body” and all that stuff.
People there generally don’t align with the Western left at all, more to the right. The only real problems with Trump that would make people not want to support him are his sex scandals and the fact that he tweets too much stupid shit.

That’s why they want a re-count. You don’t think 138,000 votes dropping overnight, with not ONE SINGLE Trump vote, and apparently not even down ballot votes, is a little fishy?

I was actually impressed by how politely Trump responded in the (unedited) 60 minutes interview when Stahl was trying the ‘gotcha’ stuff on him. Biden would’ve definitely reacted in a more combative and rude manner, given the same scenario.

Yeah, I was also saying we Chinese are normally more conservative leaning and this isn’t an ideological thing in the first place. It’s a cultural thing.
Even in China, the Cultural Revolution managed to wipe out LOTS of stuff but they couldn’t possibly wipe out 5000 years of culture in a couple of decades. It’s all making a resurgence now that China is liberalizing economically.
I believe you’re posting what you read or heard, but there’s no way you can actually believe that is 100% what has happened?

The real story is a little more boring than the conspiracy stuff I must admit. Neither are the numerous right wing (already debunked) fake image things going around suggesting similar stuff in (magically) every close state. You ain’t seeing these “look at this photo what’s up with them cheating” in Alabama will you?
The thing to ACTUALLY be concerned about is that the current President said fraud would happen before the election started without evidence. Said we should illegally stop counting votes on Election Day long before the election (despite us always doing this). Decided to claim states because he was up in them and is doing his general fear mongering I’m being mistreated which has the potential to have serious ramifications if his supporters believe that. Demanding that legal votes not be counted is about as counter to our ideals as possible I would think.
These are actual things that have happened that should concern people. Not an error like that or people being confused about how long counting ballots take.

No I don’t necessarily believe that’s what happened, but I also don’t think it’s unreasonable for one campaign or the other to be sceptical of fraud and want verification in such a tight race.
Sorry but I don’t put it past people who blatantly lied to try and remove Trump from office to try and fix the election. Call me crazy, but despite what others here think there’s been multiple articles of hinky things happening with ballots being found in the trash, etc.
And also despite what others here think, we’ve never had this volume of mail in votes to deal with. It’s not the same as absentee ballots, so I do think there’s cause for concern.
Look man, if Trump loses, he loses. I won’t cry, or move to Canada (although I hear it’s beautiful there), I just have some doubts about election integrity this time around. I blame the msm and Adam Schiff. And Nancy Pelosi. And @H_factor.

Well, there goes my sang-froid. I was foolish enough to watch what Hannity and Carlson have been saying to their viewers. “How can you believe/trust/accept this?” and “Democrats took the vote out of your hands and gave them to the lawyers and bureaucrats” etc
Not one shred of evidence provided. Nothing at all. Just…nothing. To think that the people pulling down their pants and shitting all over institutions and traditions with nothing to back it up are the conservatives.
I hate to bring up the f-word but this matches several items on Umberto Eco’s now-famous list.
It’s clear the unrest in the summer taught no one any lessons about whipping up emotions no one can control.
