Upper/Lower Split Program?

Hi coach,

Would love a upper lower split, you seem to talk alot about but never seem to put one together.
You recently written a article how it’s the best way to train. Can you please put one together?

I said that it’s “one” of the best splits to use. Not “the best” way to train.

I am also moving away from writing articles based on programs, rather I am focusing more on articles giving information about various topics related to training.

I’m not saying to do one for free, but if you ever put one together I’m willing to pay for it.
The reason way im asking is because I respect you as a coach and your knowledge and expertise as a strength and muscle coach.

Thanks for the good words. But I personally rarely program using an upper/lower split anymore. The programs I sell represent the system I use with my clients. I will not sell programs that do not represent how I work.
