Was able to McGyver a set of squat stands out of chairs and sandbags. It was just high enough to get under the bar and squat it up.

I need some milk crates, these chairs are rickety. Squatted barefoot. That felt quite different.

Used my 150lb sandbag as a bench under my shoulders and just bridged for the extensions.

Going back to upper/lower split, 4 workout days, 2 and 2, heavy day and rep day.

Full body is fine 3 times/ week, but recovery is better on the 2 and 2.

6 hours later and my shoulders and upper back still feel like they’re burning. That’s a first.

Those 1-arm landmine rows, holding the sleeve-end are really different from DB rows. The arc of the weight is unusual and makes the doms crawl all the way into the armpit. Keeper.

Went for a mile or so walk with the wife after she got home from work. I should do that on days when she doesn’t want to, too.
