Until the Wheels Fall Off

Coach had some good advice on the last video. Should see some improvement in the next snatch session.

Toted about a ton and a half of dirt today. Feel good and tired.

dirt is good. tired is good.

Keep working out in the sun and you won’t be an albino any longer

Well you can’t just write something like that and then stay ā€˜schtum’ about it!

That’s not fair. Come on share. Please, pleeeaaaase!

Too much time in the sun? Where you be?

Taking it easy. Don’t feel like working out for some reason, so nothing to report.

Fricken felt my disk pop again while doing c&pj. hurt for a sec and then stopped, but I just stopped the session right there.

I don’t think my back is going to take to this ballistic stuff…

I did put up 207.5 for a PR push jerk, but that’s probably it for me.

shit. sorry about the spinal challenge. hopefully its just a little warning, little reminder not to forget our warmups and stuff like that.

ouch :frowning:

So is the back thing purely from doing the olympic lifts or was it also an issue when you did powerlifting stuff?

Hope it fixes soon.

Pre-existing condition. No worries for you if you rback is already healthy.

Very sorry to hear about your back. I hope your initial assessment is nonsense, I know mine are always too pessimistic at first.

High-Bar Squats, deep
285 1x5 sets

Military Press
155 1x5 sets

Pendlay Rows
185 3x5 sets

CGBP
185 3x5 sets

Back felt wrong, but the squat reps themselves were solid. I’ll work up slowly over the next month or so. I’ll be cleaning the press weights in a couple of weeks.

Welcome back.

Nice way to be back
