Some dude told me tonight Iām one of the strongest guys in the gym.
So I must be in the wrong gym.

Athletic tape on the ring finger during training seems to be keeping the callus from getting too thick. Hasnāt cracked in a while, though it still does peel.

Shoulders was creaky at the start. Too long away from binchin.
All the Chinese guys at my gym use impeccable form. Beautiful squats and overhead presses.
But they never put any weight on the bar.
None of them have changed how they look in a year.
Getting a nice case of tennis elbow on the right side. Spend too much time with hand pronated.

Wellā¦I dunno how you do it, but pronated aināt how I do it.
Think Iām going to cut down the strength sets volume to around 15-16 total reps. 24-25 total strength reps is just a little too high to maintain right now. Increases were happening earlier when I was doing 3x3 followed by a 24-25 total reps in hypertrophy sets. That seemed to be the sweet spot, but I think 3x5, 5x3 4x4 will suit just as well.
And I want a GPP day or two, because power cleansā¦
GPP? Sprints, jumps, throws?
Sandbags, maybe even shudder the treadmill.
