4 plates/side hack squat x 3 (although since it’s 30 degrees off of vertical I can take off 33% off the weight for an estimated front squat - and that’s under 215lbs. Not so impressive)
Lowlights
failed OHP@175
Couldn’t get the power cage to do front squats so I had to do hack squats. Almost got buried with 225 FS when it came open.
Folks at my gym look “puffy.” Not fat, looks like muscle, but it’s “puffy.”
Kept losing those out front and running after them. My rack has gone mushy again. Cleans were nice though and no problem standing up with them.

Using a different squat stance and descent. Very incomfortable[sic] bringing my toes back in but still spreading the knees. Might have to take it slower. If I can do it, I’ll get more powerful hamstrings involvement and a better spring out of the bottom, I can tell.

SQ is picking up. Could only do a double last time @255. And this is after about 5 hours of shoveling dirt out of and into the new garden. Skipped any pulls today.
