Looking forward to squats today.
I’m going to have to finagle something for presses, rows and curls though.
I can make a fist if I cock my wrist back, but any strain flexing it the other direction hurts like the devil.
Hammer curls might be ok.

Forearm held up. Bailed on Meadows row for the DorsiFlexor machine. Squats were easy. OHPs less so.

I’m really disliking those close grip overhead presses. They are really uncomfortable. If they didn’t help with the past-the-head transition and the lockout, I wouldn’t do them at all.

But they do.
They work better for me than pin presses and with much less set-up.

Left forearm is unlocking a little bit more each day. Once it’s pain-free I’m going to try that double overhand axle lift again.

I’m feeling the lack of volume. Things are starting to get twinge-y. May replace dumbbell presses for javelin press or add sets to the latter while reducing reps. Have to see how I feel. I still plan to do 80 lbs for it, just haven’t decided how I’ll arrange it.

I opted for another set rather than adding 5 lbs to the OHP. Felt like the right thing to do.

My right foot and calf are never going to come back full strength, but I’m going to pound them with what they can handle.
