Really fatigued today. I wondered why until I remembered I basically did four 200 ft trips carrying an average of 125lbs each out to my truck when I took the equipment back to the gym - and then did a regular workout.
Everything good on the right, having trouble closing the #3 in the left hand 4th/5th reps.
On the plus side, I was able to deadlift 345 for a solid triple using double overhand yesterday, whereas previously 315 was iffy for grip on a third rep. Improvement!
Just catching up. Sandbags are no joke. I am a firm believer since I got mine. I am thinking of filling my 150 pounder all the way up since I have gotten the hang of 100.
Worse I ever hurt my own back was sitting at a desk writing and sneezed. My entire back seized up and I could barely move. GI Penicillin to the rescue, 2 x 800mg Ibuprofen.
