Walked 5 miles 2 days ago to get to a dental appointment. I havenāt walked that far in months, or nearly at all, but I was not ruined the next day as had happened previously. The higher rep program seems to have prepared the body better for that sort of activity.

our gyms are closed here and Mine big chain probably wont make it out of covid at all.
I either do a solid 30 minutes of crap calisthenics,
or I space out the same effort and reps over the day - then it feels like I almost did something.
I will say the loaded ruck/walks have are a game changer for leanness and actual hypertrophy - jealous you get to borrow some gear.

Adductors were so sore/stretchy-hurt that I opted to do RDLs instead of DLs. I do a wider stance on conventional DLs and it involves the adductors a lot. Didnāt want to tear something even though the weight is comparatively light. Think I can raise weight on the regular OHPsā¦
Are the CG overhead presses hitting your delts or your tris moree?
Tris, but getting the bar back over the head is more challenging than a regular press too. It comes down further out front

The 140 push presses are pretty good. The dlās are really good. Iāve never done floor presses and need to try them.
