Unspoken Bald Brotherhood

Alright my bald brothers! I have been shaving my head for 5 years strait now and i have tried alot of razors and creams. Just kind of curious if any of you guys have any tips and just want to throw out what works best for you in razors and creams. Heres whats in my tool belt…

Original Mach 3(the turbo cuts the shit out of my head)
Shave Gel w/ aloe

Mach 3 Turbo is all you will ever need. You don’t even need shaving cream. Put soap on your head in the shower and take care of business.

The rest is lotion or body oil to keep it looking smooth and clean.

If you have a wrinkled peanut head…grow your hair back.

Mach 5
King of Shaves pre-shave oil
King of Shaves Alpha shave cream

Norelco beard trimmer, with a vaccuum. I use the shortest setting possible.

Yeah i tried them, damn good concept. Just did not like the blade they require. if they worked for mach 3 blades i would acualy use the one thats sitting in my bathroom drawer.

I;d rather use this…

Mach 3. I don’t use shaving foam anymore- waste of money I reckon. Do it in the shower. And moisturize, from time to time…

I recommended that to my brother, but he didn’t want to try it.

I don’t shave my head, but I’ve thought about it, and that thing kind of scares me more than using a regular razor does. I don’t really know why though.

“You have chosen to shave your hair.
That’s a look you’re cultivating to be fashionable, and we don’t really consider you part of the bald community.”

i have chosen to shave my head because i am losing it.

Dignity has necessitated a Mach 4…Oh and by the way a friend bought me a head blade for Christmas and it is kinda scary til you get used to it…

Just changed from a blade to a Braun pivoting head electric shaver.
Self cleaning, cordless, easy to use, a quick shave and preferable to a blade at this stage.

Mainly a Mach 3 and King of Shaves Oil.

I recently tried a Fusion and really like it. I think I will stick with it until they come out with a 10 blade!

I tried Headblade early in my shaved head days. The major drawback for me is the difficulty in changing hands and/or directions of stroke.

I used to Mach 3 along with shaving gel.

I see a couple of you guys use the King of Shaves stuff. Is it that much better than shaving gel?

I’ve tried the soap method too and I feel like I don’t get a close enough shave when I do.

Curious, anyone do anything about the shine? My wife always gives me crap about that.

I use a Mach 3 and shaving gel. Tried just plain soap, but I do not seem to get as close a shave as with the gel.

Mach 3, plain soap, and rubbing alcohol after.

Powder?

Gunk?

Satin Polyurethane?

Medium grit sandpaper?

Fine red or brown clay?

Furniture stripper?

Toupe’?

Although im not a fan of the headblade razor, i do like their other products. Headblade makes a aftershave lotion called headlube it comes in glossy and Matte for the guys who like the dull look.

mach 3 with soap in shower, finish it off with an electric against the grain on the back and sides, smooth all around. I use the wet/dry electric alone when I feel like my skin needs a break.
