Measured my waist this morning and i’ve lost an inch somewhere. awesome.

Forgot to mention, my weight hasn’t changed though!

Keep it up! I’m doing IF as well but I get freaking angry during the mornings. I’m having a lil bit of mood swings during my fasting hours but as soon as I hit the gym and eat my food I’m the happiest man on earth.

Shoulders destroyed today.

Started doing all my raises before any pressing excercise,

10 years of this shit is starting to take its toll on my elbow, really focussing on rear delt movements at the moment to bring them up.

I’m quite front delt dominant when it comes to flat pressing etc and they have kibnda out developed my rear delts.

Y raises
Rear flyes at different angles, really focussing on MMC and stopping my lats firing.
Single arm rows (level with collarbone) again really focussing on MMC.

Behind neck presses, supersetted with front plate raises.

Stand unilateral dumbell presses.

Triceps. all kinds of shit.

Then traps,

Then back to triceps after they had a little rest.

Had a really good back session today,

Deadlifts worked upto 405 x 3 x 1
Meadows rows
Lat pulldown
DB pullovers
Standing straight are rope pulldowns
DB rows
Shrugs

Did a little tricep work at the ends.

Hit chest hard today, harder than ever. Was sipping on one serving of jack3d and 5g of creatine throughout the workout. maybe this helped.

I just didn’t want to stop.

Hit a pr of 2 reps with 135lb dumb bells on flat press.

Was a bit nervous as in my gym the bells jump up from 110lb to 135lbs. No middle ground.

Manage to reps and was really happy with that.

Hopefully the only was is up!. Although now they jump upto 160lbs after 135lb so i dnt know how long that will take :frowning:

yeah tell me about, ive been working upto 110lb, mange to hit 8 good full reps todat so i just thought, fuck it.

Lets see what happens. Bellow 100lb they jump up in 10’s which isn’t so bad.

Thanks man, im cutting at the moment, but i have been for the last 2 years and just cant seem to get it right lol.

Anyhow… this time i think its going well.

Around 230 at the moment. For a chance to looks decently lean i’m aiming for 190.

Jack3d is the shit.

Seriously.

My workouts have been a between 90 and 120 minutes while taking this stuff, i take 1 scoop pre workout say 20 minutes and put another scoop in my water throughout the workout.

Carries me through and im pushing hard and heavy to the end.

All my lifts seem to be getting stronger and if not more weight, more reps with the same weight. It feels fucking awesome.

Jelly of the jacked… I was going to use some but it turns out it’s on some sort of banned list for the PL division I want to try. I’m probably over thinking it, but I guess caffeine and basic pre-WO will have to do for now.

At my home town gym the DBs jump up kind of normally to around 110 as well, but after then I think it’s literally 135 and 165 (there may be some broken 145s)… not very useful but still the heaviest I’ve seen in a gym over here…

Looks like you have plenty of size and some solid strength (especially pressing)… I’ll be following since I caught it early. Nice lifting pic.

I’m going back to the UK on May 18th and i’m best man at my best friends wedding. Seeing a lot of people from high school who i haven’t seen in years, i was a super fat fuck in high school so i want to be in the best shape of my life.

Weighed this morning at 244lbs, fucking disgusting.

The guy who’s getting married left last night, hed been visiting me for 8 days so we were drinking and eating a lot.

Anyways i’ll update in a week. with progress.

Going well so far, not weighed my self yet managed to overcome my OCD, feeling pretty good at the moment, workouts are going well.

Not taken ECA for a while so my body is still adjusting to it, trouble sleeping a few nights but il be fine.

Keeping water high along with green tea, carbs for the day are coming form 1 cup of rice (cooked cup) fruit and veggies,

protein from whey, eggs and chicken breasts.

Supps are BCAA, L-Leucine, Fish oil, jack3d.

Always used to fall into too low calories and stall so this time im starting higher to give me room to lower them when i need to.
