But I’m also about to re-start HIIB 100 and I’ll try to up my weights
Day 1 HIIB 100
Part 1: 10 rounds
15 Cal row (subbed for burpees)
10 db bench
10 chin up
(Used 30kg dbs, PR. Very hard)
Part 2: 4 rounds
10 incline db press (22.5kg)
10 incline db row (35 up to 40kg)
Only got 6 straight sets of 10, then broke it up into 2x5 and finally a set of 3/3/2/2 on my 10th set
But more total volume
Same with rows and chins were strict as fuck.
Big volume increase from HIIB vol 2

Day 2
Part 1: work to heavy 3
Reverse lunge, top set 120kg PR I think
Immediately into
100 reverse lunge W 60kg, 7 mins PR
Immediately into
100 glute bridge W 60kg 5 minutes something PR
Rest 3 min
Part 2: 10 rounds
10 goblet squat W 30kg
10 toe to bar
Less that 10 mins, another PR
Heavier lunge max this time, and shorter total duration so that’s a win
@bustedwheel, this workout seems to repeat itself a few times in HIIB 100. It looks absolutely awful to me. I’m glad I won’t be doing this until the end of the year…if I get to it. I have four total programs to run and this is looking like the last one in the progression.
