10 single arm DB push press each side
Part 2: 100 BB push press (5 burpee every drop)
Part 3: 3 rounds
Db front raise to fail
Db lateral raise to fail
1 min rest
Did you use any weight on the push press?
I notice a lot of rowing. Is that the program or just the best option available to you? Does the rower have resistance?
Yeah best option for me
You cal sub for cals on ski erg or assualt bikes
Sometimes I’ll sub cals for burpees also
Today was FUN
Part 1: 100 total reps bench press w 85kg
Every time you rack it’s a 10 cal Sprint on whatever you’ve got available. If no machines do burpees.
Dropped the weight after 70 reps as I was toast and doing doubles on my last set.
Part 2: 100 total DB bent over rows. 10 reps each side alternating. Managed these without any significant rest which was cool
Part 3: 6 rounds
10 chin
10 toe to bar
10 pushup
Smoked
It’s real, real hard to lift my arms right now lol.

I first read this as it was your first set or first stop. I was like 70 reps with 85kg holy fkn shit!!! Then I re read and realised I was stupid !! Lol
Today was rough lol (seems to be a recurring theme)
Part 1: 10 rounds
5 box squat to 12 inch box w 100kg
5 dball over the shoulder w 45kg
Rest as little as possible. Meant to be a partner workout, you-go-i-go style, so just did 1 to 1 work rest or less
Part 2: 100 total reps
Hip thrusts w 80kg
Part 3: 100 total reps
BB front rack reverse lunges only used 40kg as my lower body was smoked.
Little calves action to seal the deal
That’ll be a 22" box for me.
