Yeeeesss! Congrats, man! You’re going to be an outlier in terms of fitness.

By the way, you’re killing me with your workouts. I’m considering buying the HIIB program. I see there are three - volume 1, 2, and 100. Did you try the first two?

I’m getting more and more convinced that growing might not be in the cards at this point. The HIIB stuff is right up my alley to maintain muscle, keep fat away, and improve my performance. That last one should be the most important.

I started with HIIB 100, now I’m doing volume 2 which is ‘easier’ IMO, at least to begin with in terms of volume, but both are super fun
My legs are still toast from yesterday haha

If you want a laugh watch the YouTube clip of Ryan fischer losing his shit at the regionals years ago when they kept no-repping his deadlift

Interesting set-up! It does look fun.

Do you notice a real difference in your ability to get/ stay lean with this interval-type approach?

I don’t have the fortitude to get as lean as you seem to live - nicely done! - but I certainly find the concept of training helping me (instead of just diet) pretty appealing!

Oh for sure man, I feel like a furnace when I train like this. I get way hungrier, which for me is always a sign that my metabolism is firing.
It makes it easier for me to bulk too, as the more cals I need the more I mentally can stomach

This is never an issue for me…

Definitely interesting! I may check this out in the future. I get bored way easily anyway

Yeah, I have no issue with bulking. It’s keeping the fat off that’s tough.

Forgot to log yesterday
Part 1: 4 rounds
A. Muscle snatch 6-8 reps heavy as possible
B. Max toe to bar 1 min
2 min rest

Part 2: 4 rounds
A. Heavy push jerk 8-10 (first rep from floor)
B. Max cals rower 1 min
Rest 2 min

Today was Bru-tal

Part 1: E3MOM 5 rounds
20 rower cals & 10-15 db bench

Rest as needed

Part 2: 4 rounds
A. 8-10 close grip bench
B. 10-15 burpee box jumps 24"
C. Rest 2 min

Part c: 21-15-19

HR was at lactate threshold most of the workout.
Oh lordy

How does this work? You do 5 rounds every 3 minutes? 20 rounds total in 15 minutes?

Why would anyone do 15 if 10 is an option?

Nah so you have 3 minutes to do
20 cals and the reps, the rest is your recovery.
So you go five rounds in 15 minutes.
Your version would be death haha

It was meant to be 15 but I scaled it after two rounds as it was death haha
