Total of 1535 so I’d need 465 between jerk and snatch… I could probably jerk 250 or more so that leaves 215 on snatch.

And that’s all using lifetime bests lol!

That’s a talll order but you’re definitely more suited for it than me.

I could see you doing well on snatch and cleans if you mastered the technique. Those quads of yours could definitely stand up with the weight of you could get under it.

I don’t feel fat but I do feel thick.
It almost feels like my body because this glycogen sponge after my drastic cut

2 days off as my left trap was super tight. Lots of SMR and stretching.
Got back into it today with

4 rounds
10 military press
10 high pull (add weight at Rd 3)
4 rounds (heavier than military press)
10 push press
10 high pull (add weight Rd 3)
2 rounds (heavier than push press)

Then

I think you’ll be alright. As of yesterday morning in pre-op, I hadn’t trained in three days. My resting HR was still 37-42 bpm.

I think long term progess is better served buy resting when you’re sick instead of forcing half assed workouts. I used to try that and I’d end up having a worthless session. The only thing I achieved was accomplishing nothing in the gym while extending my recovery.

Feeling over the worst of it now. No aches or foggy head and energy and appetite returning. Appetite is always the sign to me that I’m better. Nothing strenuous this weekend. Stretching and mobility to loosen up again and then I’ll get after it Monday

Glad to hear it man. Rest up and then get back to killing it. I too never want to eat when I’m sick. Seems like everyone has been sick lately
