I really like the mini cardio pieces, I feel like I have to ‘earn’ my rest now
@JMaier31for the burpees it was originally max double unders but I can’t do them lol. But could easily sub with any cardio piece (bike/run/row/KB swing/slam)

Also I’ve looked at my pictures and while the actual heads of my qauds are really prominent, my adductors and hamstrings aren’t big in comparison which is why I think my leg measurements aren’t as big as it looks like they should be
Dude your arms look way bigger than what you measured, I know they are really lean but would have assumed closer to 16!

What is your diet looking like these days? Mind sharing a typical day? (sorry if I missed you posting this previously)
At the moment a typical day is
Breakfast: 2 cups oats, 2 cups milk w choc protein and scoop of 100% peanut butter
Snack: apple, banana and 1 or 2 PB and honey sandwich
Lunch: kangaroo bolognaise with large garden salad
Snack: PB and honey sandwich and more fruit
Dinner: chili con carne w beans and rice and a Mexican slaw
Snack: cup of cottage cheese and berries
Turned the volume up to 11 today
Leg focus (a bit convoluted to explain but stay with me)
Part 1:
4 rounds tabbata front squat 60kg
4 rounds tabbata rowing for calories
Rest 2 mins
Goal is to complete 100 reps of squats and cals in as few blocks as possible. Once one is done just focus on the other. Nearly got through the squats in six minutes but fell 11 reps short
Rest 5 min
Reverse lunges 100 total
Start relatively light and add weight after ever ten reps, little rest as possible, basically building to a 10RM on set 10
Lateral lunges
Same as above. These torched my glutes and adductors
My legs were shaking like a fucking leaf after this haha

I only eat super athletes
That looks like a horrible workout. At PT I did 15 reverse lunges with my rear foot on a furniture slider followed by 15 lateral lunges with my support foot on the slider. It burns and I feel weak. I can’t imagine adding weight each time and continuing til failure.
Shoulder focus
Part 1
10 rounds of
10 push press
10 strict chins
10 burpees over bar
90 sec rest
Part 2:
5 rounds
10 db hang clean and push press ea arm
15 toe to bar (ended up more like leg raises by the end)
Brutal. The burpee over bar was a soul stealer
The question is now whether I try to use 140kg for my 100 reps of deadlift tomorrow. I think the answer is yes.
