Forgot to log this past week but training still going well.
Managed to hit some doubles on snatch at 75kg and some power clean into immediate jerk at 95kg so my OLY lifts and mobility are coming back
Also pull ups seem to be getting stronger, linking multiple sets of 10+ on the fat grips wearing a weight vest at the moment

Worked to a few triples at 140

Was going to do a run after but legs were cooked

25 min of ski ERG, every 6 minutes 5 strict pull ups and 15 deficit pushups
Hang cleans 8x2 at 80kg. Last two sets at 90kg
Squats 6x4 at 160kg
Skill work - 4 rounds of 4 bar muscle up. 4 strict deficit HSPU, 8 slow ab wheel
Conditioning 12 minute Cooper test, conservative effort 4:25 pace
