Rest 2 min. No drops during round. Started very light here with 12kg dumbbells. Will be interesting to build rounds and weight over time. Plenty of room to speed up the 5k as well.

I wanted to do a long day tomorrow so just took one day so far, but I’ll space the next one out by two days.
Some weeks I’ll get 3, some 2 and maybe even some 4 but I’ll just tailor my volume accordingly
It should work really well with my rotating shift work

Yep, I’m just sticking to 3 strength movements for now. Squat, bench and weighted pull up. Some pushups progression too when I’m feeling fresh
