Rest 2 min. No drops during round. Started very light here with 12kg dumbbells. Will be interesting to build rounds and weight over time. Plenty of room to speed up the 5k as well.

How many days a week are you squatting ?

Kind of by feel with Operator IA approach.

You can take 1-2 days in between for E/HIC/SE or full rest.

I wanted to do a long day tomorrow so just took one day so far, but I’ll space the next one out by two days.

Some weeks I’ll get 3, some 2 and maybe even some 4 but I’ll just tailor my volume accordingly

Yep, I’m just sticking to 3 strength movements for now. Squat, bench and weighted pull up. Some pushups progression too when I’m feeling fresh
