Forgot to post yesterday

Went a little off script and built to a 220kg squat.

Then did accessories as written.

Deadlifts etc.

1hr no Gi this morning.

Wanted to work on Williams guard pre class however just wasn’t where the flow of rounds took me today.

Had a really nice Guillotine > caveman necktie > back take > RNC sequence that ended with a tap on a big strong 110kg fella. Slowly slowly learning how to link things together, and more importantly to see the opportunity as it presents

Missed a few days logging but still trained. Highlight was pause deadlifts 6x190kg

Yesterday got a notification that someone on my team at work tested positive to Rona. Test and isolate for 7 days.

No symptoms, pretty sure I’ll be neg
