That was the heaviest fucking ‘technique’ squatting I’ve done in probably forever. Some sort of volume PR. Very happy to get through it haha
Have also noticed that my stance is a little narrower, which shows me that my quads are stronger and I’m placing less loading on my hip flexors which is a nice change
