Damn your bench improved a lot!
He is simply unstoppable mate
Indeed he is. From now on I’ll be diligently doing my cardio. I was happy last week to find out I had already progressed in that regard hehe
That’s it my man. A bigger gas tank means faster recovery between sets
That was the worst when I started jujitsu. You think you are doing great and then BAM! tapping out 10 seconds later.
Haha maybe one day I’ll get to the part where I feel like I’m doing great!

Beat your face
The magic in this one is the quick turn around at the end of each round, only 1 min rest back into the 3 minute burpee round
I wanted to get over 300 reps so I just made it in there.
This one’s for you @ChongLordUno

No Joke mate, this looked like a killer session.
Rewatched the first Matrix for the first time in god knows how long. I forgot how great this movie was.
So many great moments
“Dodge this” is an all time great scene
Yeah man it’s still incredible to this day
So influential. Almost every movie that came after it for a while ripped off every effect
I think “kids these days” just don’t realise how influential it was. You have to have seen movies before the Matrix to understand how it changed things, in the same way as you have to have heard pre-Beetles music to understand how fucking good they are.
It’s that way with almost anything that’s groundbreaking. It’s funny seeing younger people talk about how ‘insert old artist or movie here’ is clearly copying ‘insert newer version here that is their only frame of reference’. Once something becomes omnipresent, people whose only experience is with it being part of their lives sort of by default assumes it’s always been that way.
