3a front squats 3x5 w 80kg
3b face pulls 3x20+

Then rode home

My favourite exercise combination so far. Chins felt good and back was very much pumped up afterwards. Nothing felt ‘hard’ but it hit the sweet spot by the end in terms of energy required

83kgs on the scales again today. Need to make sure I don’t do what I always do and try to lean out straight away.

My abs may be softer but I’ve been PRing conditioning stuff. If I can move faster at a heavier weight then I’m getting more dangerous

Bonus

Clean singles, a few reps at 110kg. Technique a little sloppy but catching them as power cleans which is awesome. Definitely used to have to do full cleans to catch this weight

33 minutes including a warm up.
I’ve come to accept that I’m no longer wired like normal humans when it comes to rest and recovery. When I’m on, I just go with it. If I rest 'too long’s it has almost an adverse effect.
The weight was flying on the cleans today. My collar bone is sore because the weight was coming up and landing on me.

Just started the next round of nights. Managed to sleep from 0900 to 1400 then dozed till 1600

It’s a hot day so some vitamin D will be good for the soul
