22 mins including warm up. Sprints were all at 5min mile pace. I’ll look to build on this, I’ve recovered pretty well from the triple Miler

Tbh mate just to keep building my conditioning and strength. I think after the first six week block I’m going to switch out weighted chins and front squats for power cleans and squats.
I’m trying to slowly put on size but that will really come down to eating anyway

Subbed weighted chins for hang cleans today

Still kept the press/chin superset but just went BW and elbow flexor felt super nice so I’ll stick with this for a while

Just hit minimums for hang clean and front squats, added some bw dips with the squats to get more of ze pump

Still only took about 25 minutes total which is nice

I’ll be adding that one the next wave. Great job to keep the 5 min/mile pace on the 400’s and 200’s!

I can’t imagine running back to back 400s of 75 sec to hit that 5 min/mile pace.

We have radio’s, you know. You don’t have to catch everyone, @kleinhound .

I wish I could share bodyworn footage with you guys. I legitimately talked a guy out of running the other night when we were checking to see if he had warrants. I could tell he was getting antsy and thinking of legging it
I looked him dead in the eyes and said “take a good look at me, do you honestly think that you can outrun me?”
He shook his head and waited. Luckily for him no warrants, and he even said he was glad he didn’t run. It was a pretty badass moment and my field tutor loved it

Been run down this week, had bacterial conjunctivitis from cycling and some gunk got in my eye from a truck. On some hectic antibiotics for that. Eyes were swolen shut the last two days.

Gonna give the station gym a go this afternoon, it’s about a 3x3m room with some DBs, a rack, some bars and I think a treadmill. Hole in the wall gym just how I like it
