Some people use cheddar, but you can use low-fat mozzarella too, or any cheese you like, and replace waffles, or even burger buns with them.
I’m the exact same. I bike or walk everywhere and really hate having to drive. It makes it so much more pleasant to get from point A to B.

Snack 1 was an apple and a PB sandwich

Dinner is a chickpea curry w rice and anabolic wine

Made them today.
Was super easy. I used a cheddar/jack mix (1 cup) with 2 eggs, as per the recipe I found. They were quite good! I would say they would make a better midday snack than a breakfast but that’s obviously subjective. Tasted like a very cheesy omelette but in a portable package.
Dude! Good on ya. I’m interested to try with a mozzarella mix for waffles, and try the cheddar one you made as a burger bun. A nice burger patty between them would probably be good.

As someone who hates warming up, cycling to the gym has been a game changer. There’s a nice steep climb for a few minutes leading up to the gym, and I’m certainly warm by the time I get there
This is huge when the weather’s not icy - just the 10 minute ride with a small hill on the way to the gym and I feel incredible walking in the door.

Jesus christ dude. I am - and take this as a compliment - extremely jealous, haha. Don’t get me wrong, I love the bro muscles, but I do think quads are legitimately the coolest ‘big’ muscle to have.

I think that’s pretty close to my academy PR 2.4km time and I felt like I had a fair bit more in the tank here tbh. (the bottle and a half of wine last night may have been anabolic but it certainly did not inspire hard work today haha)
