Cleans were crisp today. Hopefully I can keep these climbing up well over 100kg. They’re a good speed limiter for my front squats though, seeing as I’m squatting 3x
Might drop my weighted chins TM after next week as it’s the only one that’s already feeling ‘difficult’ and I don’t want that this soon into the cycle. Unlike my other lifts it seems that I’m not able to get as many reps in at lower %

Sounds awesome. I’ve been doing the following pancake recipe: 2 eggs, 1 pretty ripe banana, spoonful of PB. Mix and cook. So good. (optional is a scoop of protein powder).

I’ve never done anything with cottage cheese other than eat it out of the tub.
My pancakes are Krusteaz buttermilk protein pancakes. Tasty little things.
