It does, thank you for sharing that brother. I’m glad that you got the help that you needed, and that we (the world) didn’t lose out on your positivity. It’s usually an absolute delight to come across when you post, as you always manage to be in someone’s corner.

Unleashed is a phenomenal film. I’m preferable though to Huo Yuan Jia (aka. Fearless). While it doesn’t paint as clear a picture as your comparison with ego I find that the film itself really centers around that concept. Ego, and mastery.

Leg day was brutal. I’m really enjoying only doing 2 big movements on my main PPL days, mentally it just helps me to keep up the intensity as I don’t need to ‘save’ anything. Plus I only get one shot per week to make an impact, so mentally it’s an all or nothing scenario which I usually do well in

First off, you ran for an hire hour straight?

Second, you did that with your HR at 150+???

How many miles did it cover?

Nah I just didn’t turn it off while I did the pushups, so there were mini breaks of like ten to fifteen seconds but not enough that my HR dropped
I think it was 7 miles on the dot in total

Plus obviously my legs got a little break during the sets of pushups but they don’t last too long

So I think 290 pushups and 7 miles in a bit over an hour? Not too bad

And yeah 50 min at 150-170 damn you have great cardio this sure will improve it as well

I think I wanna try to run Gamma Bomb and also smash my cardio
I’ve enjoyed doing some body building type focus and my cardio is in a surprisingly good place so far.

I’ll give it two weeks and see how we go.
Five days of lifting plus some brief ‘predator’ conditioning and then one challenging run and one recovery trot

Also going to try to nail in my diet again. Lots and lots of proteins, lots of veg. Simple stuff.
