Day 3, squats felt good, bench felt shit as usual (but I never do it enough to get better) and accessories felt really good.

Day 4 was good. The positional work is really good for me and I’m starting to understand the turnover in the snatch and clean

Day 1. Squats felt Excellent, fucking excellent. I hit three singles afterwards at 140/160/180 and they all moved reaaaally well
Bench even felt great.

My training max for squats has been 160kg
Day 2. Snatches felt quick, ended up using 55kg for my 5x1 singles and they moved really well.
Deads were rapid after all the explosive work
Day 3 was a piece of cake. Paused all reps of squats, and the first and last rep of each bench set.
Hit two singles at 180 on squat. It’s all coming back baby.
Day 4, more of the same
Everything felt good. Jerks had some pop to them
Pulled a few heavy singles on Deads after the 6x5
Did 2 singles at 180 and 2 singles at 200
Form was a bit gross, but as I start to get used to moving heavy loads again it should be ace
