My current eating is working well
Basically meat, fruit and vegetables (ground breaking I know!)
Most of my carbs are in breakfast which is fruit, yoghurt, honey and seeds, usually about 100g carbs and then the rest of the day is just incidentally in either my sauce or veg. Definitely a lower carb diet.
Meat - unlimited, probably eating between 4-5 kilos of chicken/beef/kangaroo per week

One thing motivating me to complete this 30 days is in the future when people post threads saying “I want to build some muscle and get leaner at the same time” etc. I can reply “do 30 days of Murph” in the same way pwnisher does with deepwater.
Ideally I’ll be able to say do 30 days of Murph THEN deepwater once gyms open back up

Right elbow a little niggly, left hip flexor a little niggly, otherwise pretty good. Think I’ll try to do more morning ‘check ins’ and reflect on how I’m feeling at the start of each day

Well I was more sore than the others but I got a second wind for on the return mile which hasn’t happened before and ended up PR’ing with a 33:08 time

Will you be doing 10/20/30 every workout or switch it up for more pr less pain?
Are you talking literally every day murph for 30 days or 30 workouts of murph, with some off days in between?
I’m going to have to work up to the point I can do one murph, where I am now my elbows would be wrecked after about the 30th pullup.

I’ve started doing 20 rounds of 5/10/15 which lets me just bang them out without my legs getting totally engorged with blood
