I dont care if im not in the cell, but im making gains better than most. I think its a joke that some people are in the cell and im not. However it really doesnt bother me, i can read it and if i have a question i can ask Thibs, Dave Palumbo or PM a guy i know who knows there shit, Laroyal for example. I hadnt a clue when i came here first, and in this time id say ive read more than most.My disciplined is off the charts, my intensity in the gym is psycho. . I’ve got a good back, sick quads. Thats all you need to see for now. I am the definition of a newbie taking this shit by the balls and seeking this shit out.

The T-Cell was largely created for people who actually want to discuss bodybuilding, getting big, getting strong, wearing 2xL shirts and eating pounds of beef without a 145 pound high school kid coming in and saying “Ewwww… thats gross, who wants to do that?” or 18 threads a day started about whether they should train Total Body or Body Part Split, is Chicken okay to eat with white rice? Or should I use brown rice to avoid teh diabeetus?
The “Body building” forum was not a refuge for the body builders on this site to discuss the topic without people trolling the posts, so several people spoke up and got that changed. Now people can post in a forum and get responses that will be relevant and not get responses like “Must be on the juice!” or when they see a picture of a pro they dont cry “STEROIDS” or “GROSS!”, no more “I just want to be functional” threads are being started.
