Thought i’d give a little update of how my diet has changed in two months. Thanks for everyone who gave helpful advice. You’ve guys really set me on the right track and i’ve been cositent and making progress ever since…
Morning:
3 cups of milk , cup of oats, and 1 serving of protein-900 calories,55g protein
Lunch: 4 Cups of rice with about 6 oz of chicken breast- 1000 calories, 40g protein
Postworkout: SUPREME Protein Bar-400 calories,30g protein
Snack:1 serving of almonds
Nightime: 8oz chicken breast, 3 cups of milk , cup of oats, and 1 serving of protein-1250 calories, 100-110g protein.
I also want to try some Superfood to get some veggies in there.
Gaining about 1-2lb a week and seem to progress every single workout. I have an old log here but i dont feel its right for me to post it on yet since i gave up on it a LONG time ago . I plan to restart one here once i reach some minor goals and i can prove myself that im going to stay cositent with this.
