That’s what I thought this thread was gonna be about too. Back when I had one of those things I’m pretty sure I just wore regular clothes. And I definitely didn’t bring it swimming.

For working out I wear black cycling shorts with a jock underneath. This helps with discomfort of big legs through restrictive leg openings and keeps the package all in one place.

If you’re not a raging homophobe, this works.
