I’ve caught a mild but debilitating bug, and this is the first I’ve been sick while training. I don’t much feel like eating, but so far I’ve been forcing food down my throat. Going to the gym is out of the question.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I should approach this? I would like to control as much damage as possible.
SOmetimes the best thing you can do is just get as much sleep as you can. I recall being sick, waking up occassionally and forciing down a protein shake, then going back to sleep almost immediately.

sleep, take it easy, take medicine. Your best bet is to get healthy asap and then jump back in to training.
Thanks for the recommendations - Between the NyQuil and the protein shakes I think I’m going to be ok.
