That is a fantastic suggestion. I think I’ll do that after my evening tea and cucumber sammich session.
I will also be sure to suggest that he sleep on his back to avoid face wrinkes, and that he always remember to also apply skincare products to his neck.
We wouldn’t want a young face, but an old neck, would we!
A lot of people are still surprised at the shape many seniors are in now days. Still looking good and being athletic well into your 60’s and beyond isn’t a rarity any longer. With modern medicine, nutrition, supplements, training facilities, etc., most people can stay active and keep a relatively good physique if they’re willing to invest the time and effort required. Get started.
