Ultimate 80s Training Mix

I borrowed my buddy’s mp3 player without his knowledge. I’m going to take all the music off of it and fill it with 80s training songs and put it back in his bag without telling him so next time he goes to lift he’s like WTF.

Or I might just put it on CD, give it to the guy at the desk, tell him to put it on loud, and rock out the whole gym.

This is what I got and need more…

this far down and no rocky??

personal favorite

A bit before my time, but Tom Platz used to pose to this, and it’s an awesome song. There’s a really nice solo by Chris in this version, although the audience is pretty dead!

Dude, if you put this on CD you’re going to end up an epic legend.

Especially if you throw this in time for the ladies cardio class:

Quiet Riot - Bang Your Head (Metal Health)

Obviously Eye of the Tiger should be on there:

Motley Crue - Kickstart My Heart

Seriously? Y’all forgot this one?

Y’all are fags for not putting any of this shit in here yet. If you think I’m full of shit, I really do have all this in my iPod right now…

INXS, a personal favorite…I always play the last one as I clean up my garage after ME workouts.

I know most think of Nine Inch Nails as a 90’s-2000’s band, but their first album (which is all killer, no filler) is from 1989. A few personal favorites…

I would hav never guessed that NIN’s album was from 1989. That makes no fucking sense whatsoever. We were rocking it 95 guaranteed!

Six years earlier I was in 4th grade?

Very confused!

Here a few jams but your friend will thank you.

You do realize that there is more than one NIN album, right? You were probably rocking The Downward Spiral in '95. Everyone who was anyone was rocking that shit in the early 90’s

can’t do 80’s music without these
