chris that’s not that bad and believe me I’m more ashamed at my squat than you are as i’ve lost a lot of strength in my legs whilst i’ve concentrated on oly lifts but my overall power and speed is much higher, just have to try and get the best of both worlds.
Ok wiseguys! when you walk past Blockbuster Video I want you to take a good look at that hill,coz that is where you have to drag the sled!

Me n Danny are gettin the 6.35 train from Leeds to get to sutton coldfield at 09.15 and we’re gonna meet up with chris at brummie new street and all come up together so we’ll proably be there by around 09.30-09.45. plan for the day looks cool and puttin the sled drag last, where’s the challenge in that!

Looking at the days activities, I’m gutted I can’t attend.
Doing a patio tomorrow in return for my mate doing my garage roof. It’s the only bloody Saturday that he can do it as well. As our roof isn’t finished yet I can’t really turn him down…
