Type 2b, Self Confidence, and Character Development

i have few questions…i started lifting cuz i wanted to look good… not gonna lie about it but no matter how i look… still shy to show it off… im not the fun guy if that what u call it… beside another problem i think its related to adrenaline level… hands shaking and so nerves when it comes to fighting someone and sweating a lot… im not scared and i handle it but the shaking makes me look like …what i noticed later that it happens too even if i playing or challenging a friend for any thing… for example i was once challenged to run faster then a friend and that happened… was sweaty and hands shaking… what is this and how do i fix it?

You can’t really fix it. The shaking and sweating is indeed an hyper-responsiveness to adrenaline.

As far as the not wanting to show yourself, that’s also normal for a 2Bs (not all of them, but many of them) because they have a lower level of self-confidence/self-esteem. Even if objectively they know that they look good, they still have body image issues that prevent them from showing themselves. Until you are more comfortable with who you are, you will stay that way.

thats why i lift :slight_smile: …since i cant get ur 2b porgram… do u think doing most of accesory lift in 21 style would be good idea? and myo reps?

Any method that induce a maximum pump will work for a 2Bs… there really are no best methods… all these “pump methods” work via the same mechanism and are pretty much equal when it comes to giving you results.

BTW getting a great body WILL NOT fix your self-esteem issues, trust me, I’ve been there. You will not like yourself more. It has to come from loving what’s inside.

It’s a method that induces maximum pump, so yes it’s good for a 2B
