Push ups will help your bench.

Yes, and benching will help your pushups. So, concentrate on building your bench by benching and when you’re blasting 275-300 for reps you’ll be amazed at how many pushups you can do.

D

lol, props to yoga for keeping the pushups tips alive from the “weak bench” post.

I have to agree with the others, their is no way your at 4500 calories consistently, or at least you haven’t been their for more than a little bit, if you were you would definitely have more mass or fat.

Your physique does seem consistent with 2 years of training at your age. Considering you started when you were 13 you probably did everything wrong for a while, but posting here and reading is a good start.

Take the time to concentrate on your form and compound lifts like squating, deadlifts, bench press, rows, and military press. If you can get your form down at this age you’ll be light years ahead of others.

what is wrong with the queer look? he’s got it and i like it. a few more pounds wouldnt hurt but he seriously looks better than these tnation models

I don’t even know how to respond to this.

Having a hard time believing some of your numbers. You??ll get better feedback if you post real info rather than what you think people want to hear. Work on that back?try some pull-ups or rows.

Young man honesty gets you far in life, and I just don’t think your numbers add up. If you look at other threads here, you can see dudes who are nearly twice your weight pushing the same numbers with years of experience on their side. 360 lbs deadlift? 200lbs powerclean? Come on dude.

Post a shot of your hamstring.

haha nobody beleives my numbers. ok guys when i get my video camera wich will be soon ill video every thing for you guys sound good?
i do eat about 4500 cals i love junkfood especially cheesecake haha
ok so pushups help your bench i got that i know dips do to any other excercises?

you need to do a lot of reading and search T-Nation for what a proper diet looks like

good luck

yeah but i am trying to gain weight though not lose it .

eat man eat. im 15 and when i started i ate so much and had so much food in my diet and i gained really fast, try some weight gainer or something. its an east to get calories. and i read that you wanted to add to your bench, work on incline, decline, and flat bench. along with alot of dumbell bench. it helped me alot. i went from 155 max in january to 240 now…
train hard stay strong!!!

id really like to see a dead lift or power clean video brotha. if your for real ill be impressed. im 17 years old and have just fully began to understand how important the dead lift is (i had been following lame muscle and fitness workouts for way too long) so just by the fact your dead lifting already your ahead of the game. keep on keeping on

A 360 lb deadlift is respectable for someone weighing 155lbs, but it’s hardly unbelievable, especially after two years’ training. For someone weighing “nearly twice” that it’d be pretty weak.

I agree with part of what you say, but here’s the catch: the kid started his “two years” of training at age 13. Now, he’s 15. His physique doesn’t look at all consistent with what he claims to lift.

He just looks like some skinny ass boy that wants to compensate for not being big enough. I’m sure that on the internet he can’t get his head dunked in the toilet like at school…LOL

Edit: OP, I will eat my words the second you post a video with these lifts.

csguy, a 360lbs deadlift is quite a feat for someone who is 15 i think even you can agree with that. i am also sure that two years training is his mind is different from your perception. And yes for someone who is between 250 and 310lbs (see ‘nearly twice’) a 360 deadlift max would raise an eyebrow on their training and conditioning, I was only making a comparison in regards to the OP.

I will also eat my words when this fella posts the video, borrow a camera or something OP.
