Tuggles Workout Log

Figured it was time I started logging my workouts, so here goes. My main goals are to improve my lifs in the big 3 & recomp my body. Currently I’m at 31.3% body fat. BP 315, Squat 345, DL 415 @ 225lbs. I recently started using Anaconda protocol & Indigo-3G.

Today’s Workout:
Incline BP With Fat Grips- 185x12, 195x10, 205x8
DB Bench Press- 85x12, 95x10, 100x7
Incline Flys-50x10, 55x10, 55x10
Tricep OH Press-55x10, 65x10, 65x10
Tricep Kickbacks-30x10, 30x10, 30x10

Cardio: Interval Training on Elliptical for 10 minutes.

Due to work cac, I wasn’t able to get in my 2nd workout of the week til today.
