6 x (OHP* x 4, Ring row x 8, cossack stretch x 10 sec. each leg) *weight was 135 for all 6 rounds
-6 x (High pull* x 4, band pull-apart x 10) *ramped up in weight to 185 x 4 in the 6th round
-6 x (Front Squat* x 4, broad jump x 4) *ramped up in weight to 175 x 4 in the 4th,5th and 6th rounds
