Obj - Work capacity

5 rounds “for time” (I fucking hate that saying lol)

-KB swing x 20 @ 20kg
-Step up x 15/leg
-Pullup x 8

Session 5/30

Obj : strength

  • 6 x (OHP* x 4, Ring row x 8, cossack stretch x 10 sec. each leg) *weight was 135 for all 6 rounds

-6 x (High pull* x 4, band pull-apart x 10) *ramped up in weight to 185 x 4 in the 6th round

-6 x (Front Squat* x 4, broad jump x 4) *ramped up in weight to 175 x 4 in the 4th,5th and 6th rounds

  • 6 x (Deadlift* x 4, KB swing x 10 @ 20 KG, Floor slide x 3/side) *ramped up to 245 in rounds 5+6

-6 x (Barbell lunge* x 4/leg, jump lunge x 2/leg, band pull-apart x 10) *ramped up to 135 in round 6

-6 x (Bench* x 4, Pullup x 6, Foam roll IT band) *ramped up to 165 in rounds 3-6

-4 x (weighted situp x 10, russian twist x 10/side, KB slasher x 8/side, glute bridge x 10)

-6 x (Hang power snatch x 3*, Front squat x 3*, band pull-apart x 10) *ramped up to 115 on the power snatch and 190 on the front squats

-6 x (OHP x 4*, pullup x 8*, t-spine ext. x 3/side) *ramped up to 135 on rounds 4-6, pullups were unbroken first 4 rounds, broken up the last 2

-6 x (goblet walking lunge x 4/side @60lbs, broad jump x 2, hip flexor stretch)

-4 x (suitcase walk x 10m/side, SB zercher carry x 20m)
