Nutrition has probably been suffering here at my mom’s house. And too much sugar!

Squats 3 x 5 @ 250 lbs (felt really hard. Hope form is still good)
Bench press 3 x 5 @ 165
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 290 (took a couple short breaks)
Chin ups 3 x 7
My mid back started hurting last night (1/5). Hope it’s not a problem ugh
Thanks for the info. This gives me something to think about. I really like Starting Strength, and I’m gonna stick with it for now

Im not a huge fan of SS… BUT if you like it and seeing results from it stick with it.
