Trying to Eat Clean Need Some Ideas

I’ve decided I need to change the way I eat. I need a plan a healthy plan. I just read “what bodybuilders should eat”

I think it’s a great outline, but I dont know how to work everything out macro nutrient wise.

Can you please give me suggestions of meals for the following?

55g Protein, 35g Carb, 5g Fat
50g Protein, 15g Fat
50g Protein, 75g Carb

I’m doing my research but I’m still new to this and could use some help.

For the protein, any of kind lean meat would be an easy base. From there you can add carbs like rice, potatoes, etc… For fats you can choose fatty meats instead (steak! Or eggs) or add fats like olive oil, avocado, coconut oil, etc from there.
Join one of the many online calorie counting sites, you can find basic outlines of how much of each macronutrient is in each type of food. From there it’s simple math.

P+C : chicken/turkey/fish + potato, rice, rice cake, whole weat pasta

P+F : eggs/red meat/protein shake + olive oil, natural peanut butter, cheese, nuts
