Logged my lift, it didn’t post

New 5RM

Then a bunch of other stuff.

Best part is my bodyweight

BW: 200.2lbs 11.4% BF

First legit session since my surgery on May 9th:

Did my strength work (strict press up to 68kg x3x5)

Snatch pulls from blocks: 50kg 5x5

Power clean and jerk: 5x (3 2) 50kg

Power Jerk, BN: worked up to 2x4 at 70kg

and finished off with some bench rows and weighted hypers

I gotta say, I’m really liking how the Power Jerk feels right now. Once I come back fully I’ll have to see if I wanna stay with it.

Only other notable thing was that I got cleared to do pulls, cleans, snatches, and squats. Light ones anyway.

Deadlift:

Maxed out power clean

Hit a bunch of PRs: Snatched 85kg, Clean and jerked 110kg, cleaned 120kg, Squatted 140kg, front squatted 120kg.

Mostly. Still dealing with knee issues but they’re manageable with pain pills if they surface. Finally pulled 405.

I have a lump on my neck and a couple swollen lymph nodes. Naturally, I’m fearing the worst thing it might be.

Snatched 80kg for 5 singles, and some squatted 125 for 2x2.

201kg total a couple weeks ago. 90kg snatch, 111kg clean and jerk.

Getting tests to find out if I have something wrong with me. Fatigue, swollen lymph nodes. Post nasal drip. but no onset symptoms (no fever, drousiness, etc). I’ve had mono 2x and honestly hoping it’s mono again, becaus unfortunately the one of the other things which fits is lymphoma. I don’t want lymphoma. Lymphoma is bad.
