I’ve been on TRT for about 9 months. Got all my numbers dialed in and I feel great. However, my IGF-1 levels are lackluster at 180 on my last draw. While I am ok with this number and feel good, I want to experiment and see what peptides can do.
I will be running Cjc-1295 2mg/week and Ipam 100mcg x3/day, morning, pre workout and before sleep. If too busy, will pin Ipam 150mcg in the AM and night.
I will run this for 5 weeks after which I will test my IGF-1 levels. Obviously, I will report any side effects (good or bad) if they surface during this time.
If it looks promising, I’ll run keep running it and next month I"ll start my first cycle (mild) of 350mg Test Prop per week. Hopefully I can draw some synergy with the peptides and the extra T.
Pinned the both peptides today. Nothing major to report. Slight increase in heartbeat for a minute and hot feeling in the face. Nothing crazy.
Two days in and I am holding water under the skin, I can see it and feel it, and the scale proves it. Went from 189 to 192 in a day and a half.
I saw a marginal boost in the gym, endurance wise, not strength. Probably placebo this early.
I was really looking forward to better sleep but last night I woke up at least three times. For the most part I am a good sleeper. I went with Ipam because it’s not supposed to fuck with cortisol. Last night proves otherwise. I’ll see how it goes tonight.
Any input from those who have tried this sort of peptide combo would be appreciated.

cool, I’m only familiar with ghrp6 and ghrp2. Is ipamorelin one of those or something different? [/quote]
yeah, pretty much the same thing. hexorelin, too…
from what i understand, Ipa is the weakest as far as raising hGH levels, but also has a minimal effect on prolactin and cortisol. GHRP-2 is in the middle, and i believe GHRP-6 is the strongest.
Yogi ran some a while back, but wasn’t too impressed. he did recommend i check out Dat b True’s message board, who is the web expert on the topic…
i’m no longer that interested in the GHRP’s, though, as MK-677 seems to be showing some promise, and is a lot less of a hassle to use, as well…
It’s been 2 weeks so far on CJC-1295 2mg/week and Ipamoralin 100mcg 3x per day:
-I’ve been slowly dieting for last two months. Peptides helped with some of the fat loss stall without changing macros. Good.
-While leaning out my pressing lifts have been slowly going down. With peptides, I seem hold the strength easier while dieting. Good.
-Water retention has subsided by now. Good.
-Usually I sleep 7.5 - 8 hours and it’s plenty. With this stuff I can sleep 10+ hours. I feel tired getting up but feel good shortly after. Not sure if good or bad.
-I am having some very vivid and weird dreams. Not sure what to make of this.
-Def helps fall asleep quicker, however, now I often wake up in the middle of the night. 10 mins later I am back to sleep. Not good.
Will test IGF-1 in a week or two.
Cycobushmaster: Man, that info source has been amazing. The depth of knowledge on peptides there is immense. Thanks.
-Noticeable aid in fat loss. At a calorie intake where I normally notice a fat-loss slow-down, on this stuff the fat-loss is nice and steady every week. Losing size in the waist while biceps are staying the same.
-Able to sleep longer in the mornings but no increase in quality of sleep. I feel the same throughout the day.
-Glucose test came back at 60. I am normally always around 85. This surprised me as I didn’t feel any effects of this.
-IGF-1:
Prior to TRT (a year ago): IGF-1: 149 Range 88-246
Six months in the TRT: IGF-1: 180 Range: 88-246
Five weeks of peptides: IGF-1: 202 Range 53-331
VERDICT: While the aid to fat loss is nice, considering the price, this stuff is NOT worth it. One can simply have a tighter control of the diet and keep the money.

interesting… thanks for the update. nice to see actual labs, along with your other assessments.
have you noticed any effects on your joints or skin?
I have tried a CJC/Ipa combo (50/50 mix) recently. I was taking 10mcg in the morning and 10mcg at night. After 1 week I was holding so much water I felt like I was gong to explode so I stopped. How did you go with the water retention and did it eventually go away? Does it only come initially and then stop? I started again this morning with a very small dose of 3mcg and will do another 3mcg before bed to see if the lower dose doesn’t bring on the water retention. Then again, I wonder if such a small dose will provide much benefit…
