While the Tribes will certainly say their side “won” (and I have no doubt that was surely the FOX/Hannity/Maddows narrative); after seeing a fair amount of it (it lasted until 10 PM); the arguments came down to these:
Can one have a strong Political bias, and still do their job.
Are there so many checks, balances; and individuals above and below; that it would be virtually impossible for one Rogue Agent to bias an entire investigation in favor of their bias.
(One that was a "GOP Low-point); if you will lie to your Wife, would you (with your smug face) lie to a committee, and
(Another "GOP Low-point); the committee Chairman? (Dowdy) flat out telling a witness “I don’t give a damn about what you don’t appreciate” when Strozok was defending what he perceived as an unfair characterization.
How is this a low point? It’s a legitimate line of reasoning. If you’ll lie to the person closest to you for years, why should we trust your testimony now?
The sting in any rebuke is the truth.
Then the bleeding heart liberals offering him the purple heart. Just excellent.
I think bare knuckle politics is more fun quite frankly. Stop pretending humans are basically good and civil. They aren’t.
I bet millions thought it was appropriate. This is the age of reality TV oval office. If people actually wanted results, they wouldn’t have voted for such habitual liars
At what point are you guys going to let go of expecting our politicians to act like responsible ethical statesmen? That era is over long since.
The trump election could not have happened if the establishment of either party had their act together. The corruption and dysfunction is as pervasive as it is intentional. This is not a bug, this is a feature.

It is entirely rational to question the integrity of someone’s testimony if he/she is a filanderer. It fits the politics of personal destruction quite nicely. Note the celebrity status given to Lewinsky and Daniels.
Okay, maybe if you’re trying to convince the American public that you’re an unbiased agent, especially as you deny making statements that you made in writing on FBI equipment… Don’t make these faces.
This whole “Deep-State”/Liberal" thing has always been puzzling to me.
Strzok brought up an important point; the Law Enforcement/Military/Intelligence parts of the Government actually lean much more Conservative…INCLUDING the FBI.
Hating Trump does not make someone automatically Liberal.
I would consider it being 1) TOTALLY out of touch with the direction your Party is headed, and 2) pushing one of two of the worst candidates each Party has ever nominated.
