The question you should be asking is would those here on T Nation who represent the left be calling for an investigation? I think we both know the answer to that question. They would be defending their democrat President and who could blame them?
I am partisan and have never denied it. Yet, there are those here on T Nation who are just as partisan only on the left. That is why we all gather here to debate and discuss our respective sides.
You don’t happen to think that Trump should have become President. And you don’t think he’s doing a good job. Therefore, you are currently siding with the left on this particular issue. But, those you are siding with are just as partisan as I am.

In addition to that let’s not forget that the man who was testifying the other day was a disgruntled former employee who was terminated.
If a CFO is embezzling money and has a “one on one” with his Controller when the financials don’t add up where he politely suggests he just drops it, it’s nefarious.
When you’re asking your employee how his weekend went, it’s not nefarious.

If Trump fires Mueller, I predict a number of high-ranking officials in the Justice Dept would resign, along with several Cabinet members and a significant portion of the intelligence sector. It might well precipitate a constitutional crisis. And any American who would fail to find it totally unacceptable–an impeachable offense–should be ashamed of themselves.
The FBI Director is NOT an “employee” of the POTUS.

The FBI Director is a Federal employee. He works for the govt, not the POTUS.

Comey has been out of the loop for a while now, so his assertion may no longer be true. Thus, unless Bob Mueller is keeping you abreast of his work, you have no idea whether Trump is being investigated.
