Trump: The First Year

They’re cracking down on fake news. I know you think that’s the MSM, but you’re wrong.

I am?

Earlier I posted a Harvard study that showed 2/3 of Americans believe MSM is fake news

Legacy media is dying

Are you in your 60s by any chance? Because that’s the average age of someone who watches cnn (seriously)

Actually, Fox’s median primetime viewer is 68. CNN’s is 59.

Are you?

The median age of a primetime Fox News viewer is 68, according to Nielsen. That means half of the channel’s viewers are older than 68. CNN’s median primetime viewer, meanwhile, is 59.

Can you explain to us why you have such trust in the mainstream media?

I have no idea how old you are but I’m guessing with a 2003 join date you’re probably middle aged

People trust the MSM about as much as they trust the government at this point. Regardless of your source, you really have to do your own research to sift through all the bullshit, and I think more and more people are doing that, CNN, Fox, and alternative viewers alike.

I don’t think there are many avenues to research and see what the truth is.

Splitting the difference between Breitbart and Mother Jones doesn’t really get you there.

James Clapper said something interesting

If you put that in context with everything else we knew the Russians were doing to interfere with the election, and just the historical practices of the Russians, who typically, almost genetically driven to co-opt, penetrate, gain favor, whatever, which is a typical Russian technique. So we were concerned." [/quote]

Don’t you love how Saying something like this is well and good if it’s about a group that is considered politically correct to attack

Not sure what “truth” you are alluding to. There are ample means to identify what is hyperbole, embellishment, fact, fiction, or unknown. Currently, MSM and other sources do a poor job of making such distinctions, and that’s the bullshit I am referring to.

Great comments and gifs on this.

which sources do you like as we are saying the same thing?

l don’t have much time these days to filter the noise msm et al are producing by the truck load

I don’t have a single go-to source, unfortunately. At least if I want to catch all the “breaking news,” the most reliable and objective coverage isn’t released until a day or so later. If I had to only read a couple of sources it would be Reuters and the Washington Post.

The 4D Chess Master is at it again
