Not surprising that this hasn’t been posted, but a white supremacist was harassing two Muslim girls on mass transit in Portland and slashed the throats of three men who tried to step in, killing two of them.

After his arrest, it emerged that Christian was a strident supporter of the “alt-right” and openly shared neo-Nazi and antisemitic material on social media.

In one video, he can be seen making the Nazi salute while wearing the American flag draped on his back, while in one Facebook post, he wrote: “If Trump is Hitler, I’m joining his SS. Jihadi Muslims are going to the ovens.”

In the aftermath of this attack, I fear the backlash that the Republican and Alt-Right communities will have to endure.

We must stand in solidarity with them

Who cares? It’s a deportable offence. I wouldn’t want them in the US prison system, send them back let their countries of origin process them.

is this a proposal or is this the current policy? I honestly don’t know. But I could get behind it as a proposal. I would probably want a graded increase though–overstay x-y days, remains misdemeanor, overstay y-z days, felony.

There’s been ~ 1,000,000 new green card holders annually since 1990s I believe.

She should run for president. There’s precedent that’s all you need to seal the deal with some voters.

While I wholeheartedly agree that any threat made against someone should be pursued 100%, I think if you push on a SINGLE person for these threats against Trump, you start a tire fire from hell.

My grandpa bought a flag a few months after the 08 election with Obama hanging from a noose. He flew it on his porch for a little while before he got bored of it.

Which is what I’m saying. If the right were to open up that can of worms FIRST, not only would they have no way to defend those of the right that have done those things, they’d inevitably lose that battle as the media piles onto republicans and makes the PR situation worse.

Not to mention it would strongly signify the authoritarian state that so many fear Trump is working towards. Literal nightmare.

Whoever is in charge of those platforms.

One thing that really helped Trump was alternative media. As a result they’ve been demonetozing YouTube videos like crazy and banning whole loads of people off twitter and FB
