He wants to cut education by 9 billion and it should be cut by 59 billion. Yeah get rid of the Education Department. Let the states take care of their own education. My gosh the founding fathers would be rolling in their graves if they had any idea how big this bloated bureaucracy has become.
President Trump did not go far enough in cutting back the budget. But a fair start.
Agreed actually. I wish he hadn’t bitched out on defense spending. We might actually have a shot of a balanced budget if Trump was a fiscal conservative instead of the weird gray area he’s in.

Climate change is a way for scientists to get more government funding, they’re essentially using it to hold taxpayers hostage. If it’s the number one threat to humanity better have the government throw piles of money at the problem right? There are plenty of examples of climate skeptic scientists constantly being pushed out of the conversation.
Secondly climate models have proven over and over to be inaccurate. how on earth can we accurately create models on something as complex as climate?
Lastly the easiest way to really minimize over consumption is to roll back government spending as government spending leads to gross over consumption . You’ll notice they never mention this… Guess why?

Sure they’ve caught a lot of shit, but that doesn’t mean you throw a stupid amount of extra money at the black hole that is our defense budget. One of the silver linings I was REALLLLLY looking forward to with a business focused POTUS was the efforts to streamline the military and reduce waste. Looks like most of his budget changes are just falling in line with traditional republican ideals.
Edit: Not just the military, I was hoping he’d streamline most of the departments that waste huge amounts of money.

Yeah, I do not like the boost to defense spending at all. I do however love his boost to Veterans. Even though it’s all going to go asshat bureacrats that keep the VA waiting lines long its at least in the right area.
NONE of that means that “Climate change” is fake news. Because it’s not.
It may mean it is sickeningly politicized, but not fake.
