I was watching a review of the speech. This black dude on their (probably a panelist or regular) was talking about how there is a schism within black people. Any black person who accepts trump as anything less than a monster risks getting their “black card” taken away. He was pointing this out as a disappointing problem in black culture. I was impressed and surprised to hear this type of talk on a MSLM channel…here it is.

I am excited to see what Trump and his team can do just as I’ve been with the other presidents. My vote isn’t always a winner but I’m respectful and interested to see what they have planned. I can’t believe the disrespect people openly show our leadership, especially in this election. It happened so get over it and drive on. I think it’s common for a candidate to feed everyone a line to gain presidency and not do step by step what they said while running. I also am against women who think their voice is the voice for all women because that’s bullshit!

I think Trump is genuinely interested in improving the lives of US citizens. I’ve never thought the same of either of the Clintons, but I do think Obama tried (but was way to ideological to accomplish much). I suspect though that we will only see more riots, silly claims of racism and homophobia against Trump, and a general refusal to compromise or discuss issues in detail. The long and short is that I see a country so divided that we are slowly headed towards real political violence. I hope I’m wrong.

I can also recognize a con game when I see one. The only thing that spews from his mouth is the word salad which will propel him through the next few moments. That’s why he can’t be nailed down on what his actual positions are, because he has none.
